Horizon Scanning is our personalized newsfeed: you learn in real time which regulatory changes are relevant to your organization – source-backed and AI-analyzed. The Legal Register is the full package including Horizon Scanning: on top, you get a structured register of your binding obligations per country and entity, with owners, status and evidence – exactly what auditors look for under ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or EMAS.

No, there are generally no hard limits for the use of Chat, Country-by-Country or the Matrix Analyzer. We rely on fair use ("Fair Usage Policy") by our customers. In practice, we have found that normal usage patterns are well below critical thresholds, so we do not need to impose restrictions.
We offer monthly and annual plans. You can cancel with 14 days' notice before the end of your billing period, directly from your customer account. After cancellation, you retain full access to all features until the end of your paid period.
User management is completely done through our platform. As an account administrator, you can directly invite new users in the dashboard, manage permissions, and remove users if needed. Each user receives their personal invitation via email and can then log in with their own credentials. Management is intuitive and done in just a few clicks.
Not at the moment. Our focus is initially on understanding the needs and requirements of legal departments / in-house legal teams and optimizing Justima for them. However, we remain open to offering Justima for lawyers and law firms in the future, as Justima is already designed to be used in compliance with professional regulations and bar association rules (especially § 43a, 43e; confidentiality §203 StGB).
